Seaquist Introduces Fusion Co-Dispensing Valve System

Seaquist Closures’ new Fusion Co-Dispensing Valve System is a single-can system, designed to dispense pre-mixed, pressurized two-part products.

The patent-pending system encompasses a new design utilizing a bag-on-valve inside a bag-in-can system. It consists of an eight-piece valve system: mounting cup, stem, body, spring, plug, gasket, optional dip tube and a laminated bag.

It can be a multiuse package for any two components that are reactionary since they are mixed at time of actuation just prior to dispensing. It could also be used as a one-time application in those products that “set-up” once mixed like epoxy glues or thick gels.

It can be customized to accommodate higher viscosities for one or both components. Filling can be accomplished on existing industry standard equipment. The propellant is filled under the grommet in the base of the can and uses any type of hydrocarbon propellant.
